I reserved the unit online nearly two weeks before I moved my things into it and was not given any pertinent information; gate code, unit number, how to pay, etc. I had to call customer service repeatedly until finally, right after the office had closed on a Friday, which was my scheduled move-in date, I got a call back. A woman named Nicole was very helpful at that time and gave me a unit number and gate code immediately, allowing me to pay the following Monday. Although, when I arrived at the unit, it was full of trash and I had to clean it out myself in order to move my truck load of stuff in. There was no dumpster on the property so I left the trash I had gathered in a bag outside of my unit.
